Review: Expected less, got more. Works as it should! - Immediately impressed due to these three points: 1. The remote works right out of the box (after installing batteries) 2. Package includes a card regarding accommodating batteries with a shorter pole at the positive end. 3. Package also has instructions for how to reach out for support, along with the email address. These were all reassuring signs that I’d gone with the right seller. I’ve been using this about two weeks now and use it from across the living room with no issues. Yes, the black-on-gray lettering choice is odd, but the power and up/down buttons are easy to tell apart and I don’t see it as a big problem: you’ll either use the other buttons so often that you learn their placement, or you’ll use them rarely and do encounter the issue equally as rarely. I’m very glad that I went with this purchase, especially since the remote is necessary to gain access to all the AC features.
