I bought these over a year ago. The quality is excellent and the price was decent. My only complaint is that they tend to clump together in one piece, but you can shake em loose as needed. Also the cap on mine broke off a while back, so that part is a bit flimsy. Otherwise they are great.

I cannot personally attest to the efficacy of these, what I can say is you get a lot of value, and others I trust recommend this highly.
