I wanted to love this rug, but unfortunately I had to return it.The positives: The rug looked great! I loved the look of the braided texture, and the shades of gray, black, and white. I received a lot of compliments on this rug.The negatives: Even with a rug pad underneath, the rug shifted alot. The rug was constantly getting wrinkles in it. The edges would also turn up. One day my 3-year old was running to get a toy off the coffee table, and tripped on the curling edges of the rug. We ended up at urgent care getting stitches. A few days later, I was straightening the wrinkles in the rug and noticed that the stitching had come undone. Keep in mind, I had only owned this rug for about a month and half.I would recommend this rug if it's in a room that is not used often or maybe in an area where is sits on top of carpet. If you have young kids, I wouldn't recommend this rug; or if you are using it in a high traffic area, I would not recommend this rug.

Terrible rug. We've had it 4 months and are ready to trash it. In the past I've bought outdoor rugs to use inside because kiddos, dogs, and cats tend to ruin regular rugs quickly. I was nervous about the lighter color of this one but figured since it was an "outdoor" rug it would be resistant to stains/discoloration/etc. Anyway I have been using it in our living room and it's a huge pain. I wish we hadn't bought it. I vacuum 2+ times per week and nothing has been spilled onto it or anything but from normal use/walking (we don't even allow shoes in the house) it's already grossly discolored and darkened. Also, it has never laid completely flat and I ended up using double sided tape to tape the edges down because they keep rolling up, plus it wrinkles and pulls up in the middle. The kicker is that it is starting to tear apart. A rug should last more than 4 months without literature falling apart. I'll attach pictures where you can see it's simply falling apart.I would give this 1 star if I could. I don't see how it could possibly hold up as an outdoor rug when it's ruined after 4 months of normal indoor use. I wish I'd gotten any other rug and will be trashing this in a few weeks. I wish I could return it for a refund.

Absolutely love this rug! I had been looking for a rug for my laundry room and found it on Wayfair. It was perfect but at $65 it was too steep for an area that nobody else sees. Sure enough I looked an Amazon and found it for around the same price. But at the bottom of the ad there was a returned one for $29. I thought “Perfect!” I got it in the mail and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Not too gray, not too black and matches my decor. If you have started looking at the return items/warehouse deals area on Amazon posts you don’t know what you are missing! I have saved a ton by buying from that area. This would be perfect for a hallway, entry and of course laundry room:)

UPDATE #3: I’ve had this rug in the hallway for a year now. Over time it’s not an exact rectangle and curves slightly. I think it could be from time or from Washing and drying it. I wash on gentle and pre soak / 2 rinses. And I dry on delicate to avoid shrinking and because other reviews showed that the rug tears and separates. Even still, the shape isn’t too bad and it still serves its purpose and looks nice. I did have the rug stitching connecting braid rows split about 2 inches. This is also not too bad because it’s an easy fix. It’s a high traffic area, I wash the rug about every 2 months, and there are 2 dogs that run around constantly and the rug dampens the noise. I did notice that the two sides are completely different colors now. Even after washing, the used side is darker than the cleaner and lighter unused side. So I plan on flipping the rug so it gets even wear. But for te price, this is a great rug because I can wash it in the washing machine as opposed to a carpet or steam cleaner. Area rugs and runners are great since I love pets and really dislike carpets and I like to keep things mopped, vacuumed, and washed.***********UPDATE #2: So, clearly this manufacturer must know better than the customer (me) - because this rug is really great. So far the dogs haven’t chewed it the way they do with thinner rugs. I like going with a braided option so I can wash them in a washing machine as opposed to steam cleaning or spot cleaning. I don’t need a anti slip pad. The rug stays in place. And I’ve grown to ignore the stitching color. I don’t notice it anymore. The grey rug looks great in the hallway.***********UPDATE: The replacement arrived. It’s the correct size that I originally ordered. And I’m glad that I kept it. It feels soft to walk on and it looks good in the hallway.***********First of all, I paid for a 2’6” x 12’ rug. I received a 2’6” x 8’ rug. Glad that happened because if I received what I ordered, improbably would have kept it since it’s in a hallway that doesn’t always have the lights on and is really to soften the footsteps of the dogs and catch the dust.But, looking closer, the rug is a tan, grey, olive mix. And the stitching is brown and doesn’t match any of the colors in the rug. And it’s basic thread so it isn’t plastic thread or anything that looks durable.Writing this review while I’m on the phone with Amazon. So, the manager came on. And because she had such great customer service, she arranged for UPS to pick this up tomorrow and for me to receive a replacement of what I initially ordered by next week. Since I don’t have to be inconvenienced with taking this wrong size rug to UPS, I’ll go ahead and receive the replacement.

I was SO MAD! As soon as my THREE rugs SPLITS at all SEAMS I went to return and missed the return window by 2 days! These rugs are garbage. I thought when I first got them they were very thin, not like my others that lasted 5 years! Then THE SPLITS. GRRRRRR! $75 dollars for 3 mats. BOY I GOT SCREWED. Ruined in less than a month or so. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE. I am a real person, providing real feedback. This is not a joke. Hard working mom, wasted money.

First, this rug is not just “ivory” as the description says. It has gray and tan prominently woven in which is impossible to see in the photos online. Next, my rug arrived with a flaw as pictured. It’s an oily stain that will not come out. Now that is all I see when I look at this rug. For this price for the 6x9 size, I’m very disappointed.

Tip: No compren de un vendedor que se llama Rio Bravo porque las tiene al triple de precio, esperen a que estén disponibles a través de Amazon .Como me gustó mucho también pedí dos caminos iguales 2 x 8 pero en Amazon USA, GRAVE GRAVE error, uno de los caminos tenía defecto de fabricación y regresarlo salía en el doble del precio del producto, terrible experiencia y pérdida de dinero.Mi tapete 6 x 9 si fue de Amazon México y llegó perfecto pero no sé si hubiera tenido que devolverlo si también hubiera sido un lío.

Wanted both the runner and living room rug. Bought the runner first to see if I’d like it and if it was true to website colour. It is. It rolled out flat and as you can see, my other family members love it. Will order the 5 x 8 to complete the set.
