Had a good weight to it
The Co2 cartridge popped out of it this last time I used it... just popped out! Now all the internal threads have been stripped and it is unusable. Stay away.I have purchased the more expensive version from a different seller. Looks more squat with a black knob. It is 10000x better. Holds pressure at the right level at all times. Is not finicky. Regulator comes calibrated. If you don't want the spend the $60 on it then just get the CO2 injector for a bike tire (about $17) and save some money.*****ORIGINAL REVIEW*****Contrariety to other reviews that I have seen for this, my regulator seemed to be very high quality. Had a good weight to it. While mine didn't have any "glue" coming out of it, as some one mentioned, (I can only assume this would be LocTite a glue like product used to seal threads so gas cannot escape) mine did not have any gas leaks. The biggest issue that I have with it, is that the pressure gauge came set to 20psi when not under pressure. While that is annoying, all I have to do is assume that 20=0 and it seems accurate-ish. The pressure also can build up over 5 or so min, so you want to set it a few (5 +/-) PSI lower than you normally would and it'll settle in on your desired level. Once you have figured that out, it works really well. Keeps the beer fresh and flowing. A must have for kegs on the go.I have had it for about 5 months and have used it only 4 times. I only use it for a travel CO2 regulator, for when I am bringing a keg to a function. If this thing stops working I will be back to let you all know!

Four Stars
First one had a leak problem but this one works very well with no leaks.

Works ok. Loses pressure after a while.

Gauge died first, replaced gauge then the output port stopped working.
I purchased this to replace the idiotic cartridge unit that comes with a man can.At first it worked fine. Then the gauge died. So I replaced the gauge. Then theprimary regulated output port stopped working. I know it was that becausethe port that the gauge was screwed into (with the gauge removed) would still pass gaswhen the primary port wouldn't.It still works using the secondary port (and the dead gauge screwed into the dead port).but .....

Pressure gauge doesn't work, leaks Co2
Bought this thing because the first sub 20$ one I purchased leaked immediately. Thia one leaks half your co2 as you are threading it on, could be worse right? Well it is; the regulator doesn't work. Says 10psi(the lowest I could get it to read), and drops the whole 16g Co2 (or what's left) into th keg. Would give 0 stars if possible.

worked perfectly so far. solid construction. adjustment knob is tight and easy to set the proper pressure.

Handful of uses, and now it leaks.
I've sent you a message regarding my purchase. I've used only a handful of times, and now the regulator does not completely close when in the off position. The Co2 just runs continuously at a slow rate. Thus charging a keg the pressure just builds until the release valve blows, and I waste all the Co2 very quickly.

The product is very cheaply made. The aluminum is soda can grade. The plastic is no better. I could almost tell by the "feel" when i unboxed it that wouldn't be reliable. Turns out, it fails in it's most important function. It does not add CO2 pressure to the keg. The plastic ball lock fitting does not fit securely. It leaks pressure. When I use this device it actually bleeds all of the carbonation out of the beer. I will return it and buy a more expensive version. I thought the value was good for the price, but if it fails in it's main function, there is no value. This device is an example of the stereotypical low quality bar that gives made in China products a bad name.
