It's a label all right
I bought this to mark my garden tractor as a mobility device in a moment of humor. I found that it did not adhere well to the molded and textured plastic hood of the bagger unit, but stuck like gangbusters to the powder coated metal hood of the tractor. It is not perfectly clear, but had a frosted texture in the clear areas, but it doesn't distort the background coloring of whatever you mount it on. I took away the single star because it didn't like vinyl plastic, but believe it will adhere excellently on metal, glass or other reasonably flat surface. Marking walls or doors with it as handicap accessible would work fine on a painted wall or any door. It is prominent and visible, even in low light.

Eventually worked
The decal acted like it has to be applied on the inside of my windshield because it would not separate from the backing. Then halfway through peeling the translucent backing (the front) part of the border and the "person" icon released; but not the "wheel" - that stuck to the cardboard backing. It took a bit if finagling to finally get the decal applied ON THE OUTSIDE. However, I have my doubts if it will hold since I had to peel and re-apply parts of it..

Make sure you have your decal exactly where you want it as it does adhere VERY well.
We bought these decals for our son, who is wheel-chair bound, but lives independently on his own. We placed one on his outside window and one on his front door(inside the housing complex). Had purchased the same item several years ago when he lived in a different apartment.

See pictures - self explanatory
It went on Nicely on my WHITE GMC Vanrepeat; White van. Kind of hard to see it on the white van with the White lettering."Look at Picture" does it not appear to have Blue on it?So the Second one went on Driver's Window just above door lock. And yes it is quite visible there. It lets people know that the driver is a handicap

Not bad
Not bad at all.I installed this in my car. The installation wasn't that easy, you kind of have to remove 3 layers to reach to the final stage.I installed it without the big square around the handicapped sign - they're not connected, so you can play with it easily.Quality-wise it is not bad, I live in a country where temperature reaches up to 50c and so far it looks like it holding up alright!
