Great little gadgets!
(Edited review after use) Works very well when you know how to use it...! I wanted to record audio using a TRRS adapter with my iPad Pro but you need to make sure that the audio source is connected and playing before you test to see if it works. The 'instructions' (a small printed slip of bad English paper) to clean it / flip over to re-insert etc or restart it are somewhat helpful but limited, hence only 4 stars.

it’s good if you don’t have a phone case - my case is a standard phone case (not that thick) and somehow manages to push the splitter out so it doesn’t charge and i can’t use my earphones. It also just randomly stopped working at one point but now it’s fine so i don’t know what happened there to be honest

Ok when it works
Using with a work supplied iPhone 7 and wired headphones for home working. This means I need a way of charging while talking.These do the job but take a bit of pluging in and out to get them working and then the phone says either this accessory is not supported or unlock to use accessory.The Black one stopped working for audio after about 10 days so is useless Silver one has been in use since then for a little longer so far.
