Taurus 2-Person Tent - Gray/Red

Great little tent has kept me dry and warm on many motocamping adventures, I’ve put this tent up may times with a 6x8 tarp underneath and never had any issues with it what so ever definitely replace the flimsy stakes with something more robust,

I never trusted rainflies until this tent but it rained for 22 hours and I stayed dry. I did buy the footprint separately which certainly helped the bottom. Easy to put up and break down.

Affordable, light tent. Sets up quickly. Decent quality material. Not high-end, but good for the price. Have used it backpacking and love it's simple design with two doors and a two vestibules with the rain fly.

Easy to set up, well made, holds up to wind, and fairly lightweight for backpacking. Great for camping, too.

This is actually a good tent, but I've had issues with water soaking through the bottom of the tent when using it in the rain or on wet ground. A footprint may help. I used 6mm plastic, but it only marginally helped. If you live in a dry area you would have no issues with this tent. The inside has very little vent mesh which is great in windier/chillier conditions. Easy to setup.

We have used this tent twice. The zipper on the rainfly came off during our second use and cannot be saved unless we want to pay to have a new zipper put on. Unzip with caution. The tent exit and rainfly exit are awkward and do not line up with each other. The placement makes no sense. If it’s raining, there is no way to position the rainfly away from the tent door without getting water in the tent. You also have to detach the rainfly from the stake, unzip, and restake the rainfly any time you enter or exit. The stakes were flimsy and bent easily. Have had to replace several already. Zippers throughout get stuck…rainfly, tent doors, tent windows. Wish we would have just spent a little more money to get a better quality tent. The footprint specifically made for this exact tent somehow also doesn’t line up correctly. So confused about the design plan for this tent.

Es de buena calidad y resistente pues ha aguantado lluvias fuertes y nevadas, también es un poco pesada por el material del cual están hechas las varillas pero es funcional.

Me encantó mucho, el color y diseño es muy bueno, lo único que tiene como negativo es que toma mucho espacio, dice que es para 2 personas pero caben 3 personas sin problema, pero si son personas robustas, solamente 2. Es muy amplio por dentro y la ventilación es muy buena. Lo recomiendo mucho
