Do not know. Once you use it, you will not return it.

No, the bottom layer of mine is actually made for oven ceramic.

Q: What's the best way to get burnt crust off the stone?

To clean the stone, never use cooking oil or water or any detergents. You may scrape off any excess food with the metal pizza paddles or a stiff bristled brush & wipe clean with a paper towel or a clean dishcloth.
