It hasn't fallen down, nor break ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Great Shower Mirror - with a Little Help *by A***W on November 30, 2021* When I first got this mirror, I thought it was perfect: just the right size, easy to install, stayed fog and droplet free... perfect for shaving in the shower! THE BAD. Unfortunately, within 2 or 3 weeks of purchase, the anti-fogging treatment wore off and none of the anti-fogging "tricks" I tried worked: coating with soap, shampoo, saliva, toothpaste... Nope. I even splurged and bought some Rain-X Glass Treatment with great reviews for antifogging. Didn't work at all! What is worse, my wife tried cleaning the mirror and it ended up with scratches all over the surface, due to its soft, plastic materials. At this point, I would have given it a 2 - but I had an idea of how to possibly make it a 5, so I ordered a new one and tried again. THE GOOD. Once the coating wore off of the new mirror, I tried actually following the instructions and... 1. Held the mirror in the hot water stream for a few seconds before returning to its wall mount (which DOES effectively keep the fog off, but not the droplets). 2. I then took the shower squeegee that I use to wipe the glass down after showering and cleared the surface of droplets. The result? A perfectly clear and mist/droplet-free mirror for shaving! I've been doing this for months, now, and love this little mirror. I give it a 4 only because, like most of us, it needs a little extra effort to be a 5.
