It looks nice. It's very heavy and needs to be secured well into wall studs. We used a file to smooth out a rough edge inside the black brackets before inserting the wood so it wouldn't scratch.

Solid piece. Great materials.I sprayed the mounting bolts black to match the bracket. That made the install look much better.Important: the wood finish will be permanently scarred if you do not first hone the inside of the sleeve as the holes are drilled inwards and have not been smoothed off. Use a round metal file or a Dremel tool. Even the metal seam weld should be eased a tad so the bar slides in without scratching the wood. it is a production oversight on an otherwise excellent product.

This ballet barre is very well made: strong black braces that are stylish as well as functional, and the wood has a nice rich finish. Long bolts secured into wall studs, make this barre very stable.

I own a small fitness studio and bought the bars to incorporate for stretching and balance. They were easy enough to install, very sturdy and look great on the walls. The only thing I wish is that the bolts which are silver were the same black as the brackets, it would simply look more elegant.

Great bar for helping my father do rehab on. Only thing was when putting the bar up. It has to go though the hangers but the hangers hand rough edges. This caused a lot of scrapes on the wooden bar and some uneven places.

My husband put this up for me in our home gym so I could do barre workouts. He said it was super easy to put up and came with great instructions. I use it every other day and it is perfect and just what I wanted.

I really like the product. My only complaint is there was something inside the bracket that scratched up the wood and caused splinters of wood when we slid it through.

Easy to install and directions were very clear. My daughter is really enjoying it.
