DIY 5D Diamond Painting by Number Kits, Crystal Rhinestone Embroidery Paint with Diamonds, Indoor Wall Decoration Gifts Arts and Crafts (BKZSB766)

This is the second Diamond "Painting" I have completed and it's beautiful. I was nervous at first, as it is primarily a bunch of different shades of blue and teal, but it blended very nicely and really wasn't too hard to keep track of. I like these because there is a very low probability of error. Unlike paint-by-numbers, there are no accidental drips or "stress" about staying in the lines or accidentally swapping colors or blending.

This was my first diamond painting and it was very easy to put together, although time consuming (I wanted time consuming). Everything you need is supplied in the package. The only thing that you may want to have extra is a pair of tweezers, but that's it.

I thought it’s pretty expensive for what it is, as I usually get these for under $10, but I really like this scenery. Just like all landscape diamond paintings, looks better from further away!

When I first got this, I did make sure it came with all of the colors needed to finish this and the tools to help "paint" this picture. I received everything needed to get started and finish. This was really easy and fun to do. The painting itself was easy to follow along when it came to what color to use. I did do this in sections and just used reusable sandwich baggies to use to store loose stones and my tools. The canvas itself is really sticky. I accidentally dropped a rhinestone on an open part of the canvas and when I tried to move it, the rhinestone did not want to budge. I ended up having to use tweezers to remove the rhinestone from the canvas. Once I was done, I placed a towel over it and used a rolling pin to ensure it sticks. I haven't framed this yet but love how it came out. Easy to follow along too.

Oof, this painting.I waited until totally complete before submitting this review.Gorgeous, no doubt. HOWEVER:Started off on a bad note with none of the #3 color. Unsure how this happened but no way for them to send me extra. Thankfully I asked the community who told me it was black, which I had in my stash. Which leads me to the second problem - it doesn't use DMC numbers so unlike others there is no way to keep your leftovers organized. I needed a light pad to distinguish letters that were similar that they put on very similar colors (i.e. O and C were both printed in black on 2 very similar shades of teal). And last but not least, these drills popped like no other. They came off and fell off the canvas left and right, even while I was doing the painting itself. Although I would have one section completed, I would notice that all of a sudden 4+ drills would be popped off, loose, or gone. Absolutely maddening, and I do these things for calm. But it is gorgeous, its redeeming quality giving it a 3. But it probably only deserves a 2.

Yeah! that moment to relax and make something super beautiful!!! this is excellent for gifting and! for Friday night fun! get a nice drink ready! candles! music and get to this! I love the blue of the water and the sky, it looks like a nice dream!

The picture isn’t 30x40cm wide. The border is what makes it 30x40cm wide. Very sneaky. I’ve bought diamond painting kits from real companies and the measurement is ALWAYS based off the picture, not the white boarder. You can tell this is very cheaply made because the boarder is cut very sloppily. I already know the picture won’t come out because it is way too small for all that detail. Spend the extra couple bucks to buy a real one that you can be proud of when you finish.

My friends’ daughter was diamond painting one day and I had never seen anything like it before. I bought this boat one for my husband for Father’s Day. It has such an pretty picture and the little crystals are beautiful. It’s very easy to use and hopefully I’ll finish with it this week, but I am very happy with this first design and can’t wait to do my next one!
