Okay, I hardly ever write reviews. So, for me to be writing this means one thing...this product has changed my life. I have been fighting with my acne-proned face for the past 10 years and this by far has helped more than all the other stuff, whether it was prescribed, bought over-the-counter or an assortment of natural home remedies. Of course, this is is relating to my skin and may not work for every single person, but the fact that it is so inexpensive and lasts forever (bought in January and am no where near close to finishing it), goes to show that it is at least worth trying. For me the first month my face was sensitive to it and left it a bit red after use, which the seller warns may happen. But for me, I just took as a little more natural rouge to the cheeks. As well, it can leave your face dry, which can be a pro and con for people like me that have more naturally oily skin. My solution at this point is actually aloe. This helps to heal, as well works as a natural astringent, so it closes the pores. So, my regime is remove makeup, if necessary, (I just use a gentle foaming face wash), then wash with the African Black Soap (be advised it has some exfoliating factors, so don't put bar of soap directly to face), dry face, apply aloe and finally apply favorite moisturizer (during bedtime wash, I don't put moisturizer on, so to let my face breath). As I said, I have been using this since January and since then my face is not perfect, but within two months, it has helped clear up about 90% of my acne. As well, when I do get acne, it helps to heal it much faster than it was before. Of course this is only my experience, but I felt it worth sharing, because it did actually help me. Best soap ever! I have hormonal acne combined with oily skin and a full face of makeup everyday my skin has become a nightmare for the first time in my life and I have tried EVERYTHING without any results until this. I wash my face in the morning and at night and my skin is clearing up within the first week. First of all I haven't had anymore breakouts since starting this soap and secondly the red marks on my cheeks from the previous breakouts are already diminishing. This is the best and only product I will use to wash my face from now on. Some of the reviews say it drys out your skin but like I said my oily skin needs to be dryed out, so I've had no issues with that. This soap legitimately cleans your skin better than anything I've ever used! Washes off makeup easily even waterproof mascara. Also I haven't had any issues with sharp objects in my soap, pebbles or otherwise. I literally have no complaints I love this stuff!ALSO my 23 month old daughter has severely itchy skin due to eczema and I've used this on her body during bath time and so far the scratching and irritation has gone way down! She has dry skin so I do have to moisturize her afterwards. And lastly I read previous complaints about this products burning your skin.. It hasn't burned mine or my toddler daughter whatsoever the only way I could see that happening is if you just leave it on your skin for a long period of time. I wash it off pretty quickly I put enough on the clean my face and then rinse.Like other reviews I've used this as a shampoo on my daughter and myself and it does lather just like shampoo it's does clean your hair like no product I've ever used! It doesn't soften your hair like condionter by any means but it does exactly what it claims to do!I reccomended this product!

I feel I need to preface this by saying if you've ever used homemade soap, this is pretty much exactly the same. I use homemade soap exclusively, so this stuff doesn't seem all that special to me. If you haven't, though, or haven't very often, prepare to have your mind blown. This soap has a surprisingly good lather for a natural product, you can use it anywhere from head to toe, it's great for sensitive skin, it's not terribly drying and leaves your face nice and soft. It has a gentle soap smell also, though when I first unwrapped it it smelled terrible. There are some hard bits and pieces in the soap (small bits of the burned wood and such), but it's not difficult to be careful of them or to take them out.I was also very impressed by Incredible By Nature's service. Around the time my soap arrived, I got an email from them saying how best to use their soap, what to be wary of (like the soap is very soft so it melts easily in water) and to be sure to ask if I had any questions.

Decided to purchase after weeks of research about black soap. I was on the quest to finding a better skin care regimen and this black soap is now apart of it!! I've only been using it for exactly two weeks now and the results are amazing!! I took before pictures and I've already seen a major difference in my black scars and hyper pigmentation. I'm waiting a full four weeks before I take my after pictures. It is very strong but you start seeing results in a week, at least I did!!! I would recommend starting off once a day for use but you could easily get away with using it twice a day (I do) as long as you follow up with a good moisturizer. I wouldn't recommend using this twice a day if you have dry skin because it is very drying, even for my oily skin. It does not stain your countertop or washcloths compared to some black soaps. It does lather very well, just like a regular bar of soap. There isn't really a smell to it at all. This is real raw black soap that actually works compared to the black soaps sold in retail stores.This has help me create a simple & inexpensive skincare routine: cleanse with the black soap, use a toner by Thayer, and moisturize with my own mixture of oils.Instead of spending tons of money on Clinique and not getting results it's refreshing to know there's something out there that can help me and isn't expensive or made with harsh chemicals!

I got courage to buy this after reading a lot of positive reviews on Amazon.com. after all that's one place you could always refer for some genuine and not so genuine reviews.😉.Okay let me start off by saying that I have tried almost three famous brands of ABS (AFRICAN black soap), and this is the best of all..I know it's expensive.. but for the size as the fact tat it's imported from Ghana to US and from US to india it's quite worth it..The first good thing about this soap is that it's all natural. Has evruthfng natural in it..Secondly it makes your skin soft and not dry unlike other ABS. It cleans you up to the extent of squeakiness.And lastly it has helped me with my back acne. My back acne is more relaxed and calm now. And also helps with acne marks..I got this soap just to get rid of my acback acne and acne marks. And it'sdoing it's job.So you can give it a try if your really willing to..Hope it helps you too..
