Good for the price.
Works very well. At stock speeds it keeps my processor between 23 degrees Celsius and 30 degrees Celsius at idle depending on how warm it is in the room. With overclock it has the same idle temp and only gets to 60 degrees Celsius under full load. It could be a bit easier to install. I would go with the 4 screw approach rather than the retention clips and would have done something differently with the fan wires. They really don't need to connect to the block. I would recommend this item because it is a very good bargain but keep in mind if you have never installed a water cooler you may get frustrated with it.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! BOUGHT TO REVIEW PRODUCT IN HOPES OF FINDING A BUDGET AIO WATER COOLER
The media could not be loaded. bought to test the product in hopes it would be a decent AIO pc water cooler on a budget and was very disappointed over all be read for info especially new pc component buyersPros: water pump, high static pressure fans and radiator with hoses all work as they should to be considered a functional working AIO product are far as water cooling goes... it gets the job not much different from any other water cooler AIONow the Con1...: listed "addressable" RGB for the fans and water-pump is either missing REMOTE from factory, falsely advertised, or just nonexistent from the start, the default led rainbow effect only worked on the pump and 1 fan had no working rgb led lights while the 2nd fan on partial lighting worked but now completelyCon 2: unless you know already how to install aio water coolers in a pc your going to have install issues considering the only instructions included are HARDWARE MOUNTING ONLY!!! no instructions on wire connections or compatibility with motherboards or other ARGB programs what so ever, this product just isnt new user/installer friendlyCon3: The water pump rgb surface is meant to be a mirror reflect effect until rgb lights turn on to show the dragon, the mirror isnt well surfaced has warping and sticker dents that are easily seen on or offCon4: mounting screws for the fans to the radiator thread hole dont have screw stops if you arent careful or simply over torque the screws will punch the radiator fins and possibly cause water to leak out

Fantastic Economy Cooler
When I bought this cooler it had 3 reviews all relatively negative. That has NOT been my experience. The cooler arrived without issue and the packaging was excellent. The cooler was well protected and came with two ARGB fans with 5V 3pin ARGB headers, 240mm radiator, and heatsink/pump which also has a 3 pin ARGB header. Also included are mounting hardware for both Intel and AMD both clearly marked, a RBG board with molex adapter, thermal paste and instructions. It went together very easy, just follow the instructions, it's all pictures and since I've done a few of these nothing out of the ordinary. My motherboard only has 12V 4 Pin RGB headers so, I used the adapter board an it has the fans operating on a color cycle. The fans are PWM and I plugged them into the aio pump header and set the fan curve based on CPU temp. At full 100 they are not super quiet but not overly loud, but at lower RPM they are very quiet and with some adjustment I think I will have a near silent solution for all operating conditions. As to the performance, it is excellent! I am running this a Ryzen 5 1600 AE at 4.0ghz at 1.4v it has peaked at 67.4 degrees C after running Cinebench R20 continuously for last hour. That's amazing, my Expensive Corsair AIO cooler can't even come close to keeping my other machine that cool. So, it appears that I have gotten a budget gem here and it may be hit or miss but this one is worth a shot!

Great for the price
This a good cooler, it is not the best. Compare to other cooler in price it cannot not be beat. It is a little noisy and the instruction are not user friendly. If u are upgrading to this cooler keep the mother instructions to install the pump and fans power supply. One again for the money and availability it cannot be beat. I would of given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the noise and the poor instructions that are shipped in the box. The rgb works great.

Great for the price! Not as bad as what people say!
I've had mine for almost a month now and I have no issues whatsoever the install could be difficult if you never built a pc before because their is no directions for all the cables. Other then that you get what you pay for. My Temps stay around 45-50 degrees Celsius.

Caught on fire, dangerous! DO NOT BUY
The RGB controller caught on fire. Luckily I had the back side of the case off and noticed it right away and was able to unplug it before it did any real damage. after removing the RGB controller and just trying to use the fans without their lights, one of the fans melted through its own cable. This is a dangerous product, likely to destroy your computer if not burn down your house or worse. This should not be on the marketplace. for only a few dollars more you can get a product from a reputable brand that won't kill you in the middle of the night.UPDATE: After purchasing two more of these to test, BOTH OF THEM CAUGHT ON FIRE. That's three of these now that have caught fire. This is using different computers, different power supplies, different motherboards to make sure it wasn't caused by another piece of hardware. These are dangerous! I will be asking Amazon to take them off the store page. DO NOT BUY

You get what you paid for . . .
What you get is really as bad as what some other have posted. The only instructions included with the unit are those needed to assemble and do the physical installion of the cooler into your computer. Hooking up the unit to power is entire on you to figure out; I didn't have a problem with it, but it will leave most people guessing. I didn't have any other issues with failed parts like I read some have, everything worked right out of the box; poor instructions and not performing nearly as well as other units out there are some of the serious downsides to this. Taken with a gain of salt, you are getting what you paid for.
