It is quite comfortable! The smell did take a few weeks to finally dissipate though. For the price it is a true bargain. It did not seem to be quite the 10 inches, it is more like about 8&1/2, but that did not bother me too much. I was more concerned with how well we were able to sleep. Other then that, the only thing still hanging is how cool will it keep us in the Florida summer...?So far so good..... It has been quite hot thus far in old FLA this summer and I have to say the mattress does stay pretty cool. It still is not the 10 inches they claim but it remains quite comfy despite coming up a bit short of the mark. All in all I give it high marks for comfort. The quality is good but it would have been nice if it were truly 10 inches thick as it would rise just enough over the frame so you don't feel the wood frame when you move at night. It is quite firm but does not feel at all uncomfortable in its firmness. It actually has helped both of us sleep better. Overall a good solid product that passed our tests. If there are any changes I will let you know, but for now I say go ahead and grab one if you are contemplating it! For the money it is well worth the investment.

Purchased it a few years ago, love it. The only problem is to remove and replace the zipper cover after washing it. Plus the cover bunches up as I move around, it should fit tighter around the mattress.

Definitely worth the money. It beats the Serta Icomfort I had hands down! I love this bed!! It's been 6 months and it's been wonderful not to wakeup with arms or hands asleep. No more sore hips or shoulders. For the first time in YEARS, I can sleep on my side. I love my bed and to me it's priceless!! The best mattress I have ever owned.

Almost perfect a little more firm than I expected

I was afraid when we unboxed the mattress that it wouldn't be thick enough to be really comfortable. Thankfully, I was wrong! Even though it's not quite as thick as a previous mattress we had, the level of comfort is much greater. We use on a platform bed without a box spring, and are sleeping great every night.
