Russian Soviet Army Fur Military Cossack Ushanka Hat (Gray, 60/L)

I absolutely love my ushanka. I was inspired to get one by Life of Boris on YouTube and I can say that this has already helped in the making of cheeki breeki. I put on hat and immediately crave blins. Wonderful. My only complaints are with the strings to tie down the ear flaps (they're prone to unraveling and are a little short) and the Soviet insignia (it was difficult to affix; I just used the prongs attached to pierce the front and stuck it right in no problem). Other than that, a fantastic piece of apparel for those cold Russian days.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He is a huge History buff and is actually working on getting his Ph.D. He loves this hat although he removed the Soviet pin and put in an American flag. It keeps him really warm. We just got 9 and half inches of snow and this has kept him cozy warm.

I can't put the pin back in where its supposed to be, there's no way to tell where it was. otherwise, I love the hat, it works very well for keeping my head warm during winter

The first time I ordered this hat from this supplier in 2017, the hat was well made and looked great. But this time around, the hat came with some unsightly strips of cloth that are supposed to be tie strings. Very disappointed. Won't purchase this item again.

Love these hats! They fit as expected and I really liked the metal pin that attaches to the hat. The hats are warm. I highly recommend.

Many of the Ushanka hats are cheap, thin, Wal-Mart type crap. This is as close as you will get to the real thing without spending $100's. Probably doesn't fit the "fashion" but if you are looking for warmth, this is it.
