Cheap flimsy unsturdy bench!
I bought this on July 1st and it arrived August 31st. By this time, I had already canceled the order and requested the refund which amazon provided...it came a week later. I bought a bench from academy for about the same price except the shipping costs a few dollars more. Both came within a day apart. So I put this one together and workout with it twice. My impression of this bench is it is flimsy and cheap and probably won’t last. The one I purchased from academy came today. Wow. What a difference! The first thing I noticed was that the box was heavier. Although it was also made in China, the quality is so much better. After putting it together (30 min) I am glad I bought this bench from academy! It has the same feel as the bench at the gym...solid and sturdy. So I wouldn’t recommend this bench.

seems like a great product but mine came defective
easy assemble and overall quality seems great. but the factory hard pressed 2 parts together (metal against metal) and now it wont budge. its permanently stuck in one position which my legs can fit in a very uncomfortable position. not sure if i should return and request another one, since this one already took ages to arrive. very disappointed since the adjustable positions it advertised was one of the biggest selling points for me.

Just barely does the job
It will get the job done if you are only using dumbbells and not goin heavy. It has very thin tubing and isn’t that stable. If your a big guy and take your stuff seriously with your workout, I would look else where

Good but...
Its a good workout bench however, I was a little disappointed that brand new it came a little rusted.
