It was problematic to apply because I wasn't prepared for the overspray...i accommodated with cardboard. But itdid just what I needed....stuck the foam panels up, still adjustable, and removable as the need arises, without damaging wall. It is a 2 person process to get the spray on and tiles up.

Adhesive and is not for your face.
As adhesive, works great. I came back buy more and it says it's a sleep mask. 1 star cause they swapped the product and discription. I can't recommend spray adhesive onto someone's face.
