Customer service replacing free of charge
After 2 1/2 months it stopped working completely for no reason. Up until that point I loved it! Nice sleek design for my very tiny wrists and it did exactly what I needed and expected it to do for the price point...monitor my heart rate and track my steps. But now it's dead :( I'm very disappointed.Update: The seller contacted me the day after I wrote my review, apologized and offered to replace it for free. I'm pretty impressed with their customer service and am changing my initial rating. The next one should be here in a week or two.... Let's hope the next one last longer! I'll update again and will hopefully be able to give a better rating.Update: After receiving the new fitness tracker everything works great! Very satisfied with the product and customer service.

I like this KESSDER Fitness Tracker Health Sports Bracelet
I like this KESSDER Fitness Tracker Health Sports Bracelet... a lot . I found that the instructions were easier to understand for programing from my other fit bit. I found it more comfortable to wear. The only problem I have is a hard time snapping the band together. I have no problem recommending this fitness tracker. It has everything I need, counting steps, tracking miles, burning cal., and heart bpm.Sally

No frills - get what you pay for.
This product is totally a get what you pay for... If you are interested in just the general no-frills tracking of what you do physically - then this is it. I have had a Jawbone UP previously, and averaged about 10K steps a day, and interacted with that app regularly. I had found that my friends with FitBit trackers reported much higher step counts than I felt like I made. When my last Jawbone broke (my fourth to break), I opted to try something different. This seems to only track "active steps". In other words, if I get up in the middle of the night and go to the restroom - my steps aren't tracked. If I'm sitting at my desk and I get up to go to the water cooler, those steps aren't tracked. Although, it seems to do fairly well with any time that I'm a little more engaged in walking. So, a walk up or down the steps in our house doesn't quite count, but a walk through the parking lot at work does. I've found that I average about 2000 less steps counted with this tracker when I'm engaging on the same level as would have given me 10K with my UP.The app leaves a lot to be desired. It does not maintain the bluetooth connection to the app well... so I find myself either restarting my phone or trying to reconnect to the bluetooth on it regularly - where I never had problems like that on my UP. The app does seem to track the sleep and the steps when it connects and does not require a regular connection with the device to retain the information. The additional details do not seem to work at all. You cannot go back in days and really evaluate your activeness easily. I also found that while it regularly notes your heart rate - it doesn't seem to do it well. It takes a while to get the heart rate to the current rate rather than where it was the last time it checked.Pros - I do love that I have a time display which I didn't realize how much I had missed on my previous trackers. It is fairly low profile on my wrist and the connection strap seems to hold together really well. I am not in fear that its going to fall of my wrist - or that its going to catch in my long hair. I like the inactivity notification - but it seems to not be as sensitive as my UP when it comes to being "inactive" - which may be attributed to working at a desk and typing all day long for me.Cons - Aside from what's listed above, the biggest issue I have with it is that it is SUPER BRIGHT when it just goes off in the middle of the night - it'll wake up both my husband and me. Its like having a lightning bug in the room. I've also found that the alarm that I use more of a notification and back up than a true alarm is easily dismissed and has never woken me up.That being said - considering I was looking to replace with something that was likely way more than $100 when someone recommended this one to me, I am very happy with the amount of money I spent in relation to the value of I received.

Only problem is I order a purple one and they did not send me the color that I choose and didnt feel like dealing with it other wise great price and does what it says!!!! I like that is was reasonable price and it fits very well on my small wrist. Very impress with Kessder product of my fitness Tracker. It does everything it said it would do. Heart rate, steps taken, miles, calories burn, sleep. Really am enjoying it.I am impressed with the owner of Kessder they sent me an email and wanted to know how my tracker was doing. great customer service

Excellent Product & Customer Service
I bought this for my stepmom for her birthday. She wanted a fitness tracker but didn't think she needed something as expensive and complicated as a Fitbit. She has had it for almost two months now and loves it. Recently, the metal piece used to connect the band came loose and was lost. She immediately contacted customer service who apologized and replaced it for free. She said that she is very satisfied with the product and the customer service.

This worked great at first
This worked great at first, I liked everything about it but after not wearing for about 2 days for some reason it stopped working and was not syncing with my phone. It is a great monitor though , I have a tracphone from Walmart Straight Talk and it was great. It really has every ing if not more than some of the fitbits. I liked that it would notify me if someone was calling my phone and let me know who as well as messages. I need to get it working again.

Works awesome
Cheap but not cheaply made. More of an exercise watch then a smart watch. You'll only need a smartphone for initial setup and after that you can bluetooth it to your phone only when you want to.
