This does track steps, heart rate, and sleep. The only downfall is that is a little big wearing a night. It is easy to charge and doesn't take too long. The battery lasts a long time.

Works OK. If your phone isn't on you it loses Bluetooth connection. Loses blue tooth connection when charging phone also.

I like this product but it was hard for me to sync it with my phone, it was too big for my hand and not comfortable to sleep with it.

Works great, the only reason for four star is the instructions need work, very basic. Seems to have great battery life. Very comfortable to wear.

Nice product, would of given better rating if it came with instructions. How to set date?

I believe I have done this previously. Major complaints: use directions poorly translated and more poorly printed; operation is by hit -and-miss - no indications of tak performance; do not like that tracker must be paired with cell phone running Goodband app; no way to set step length for accurate measurement of steps and/or distance; device is very difficult to apply. do not need sleep tracker function; device difficult to turn/off.
