1.25" (1-1/4") x 100' Treated Manila Rope Dock Deck

I bought the one-inch rope for my walkway. As you can see in my pictures it looks great. Fairly heavy which is nice. It does have a bit of a oil smell to it when you first take it out of the package. This goes away after being outside for a few days. It does shrink when it rains. But that goes away after it dries out. Perfect for what we wanted it for.

Using this for obstacle course and scout projects. It works great. A bit of a strong smell from the treatment at first, but it's completely gone after 2 weeks out of the box and uncoiled.

LOVE this stuff! Great quality. Used for several different things. It was perfect for making my kids pirate playroom. It does have a strong smell, but I know it will wear off with time. I would definitely purchase again.

Used this write to pull a rogue sled. Works fine!

Used this to trim our log walls in corners. Turned out great. We brad nailed to corners.

i bought this rope to put on my deck over the water. I ran through holes in 6x6 post and left plenty of slack in the rope to make sure there was a sag between each post. The expansion and shrinkage in this rope is extreme and in an area of 25' there is anywhere from 2' to 3' expansion and shrinkage in the rope. It also has become rotten in less than 2 years. I have been very disappointed with this rope and wanted to make sure you are not trying to use it in sunlight and that you understand it expands and shrinks too much to use on anything. this rope was very expensive and i am very disappointed and frustrated i spent this much money on this product. None of the information you read on the website you purchase the rope on explains these issues.
