The lids are complete junk. I now understand why you automatically get a replacement lid sent to you. I've had my bottle for about two weeks. I've only used it three times. I bought it for my boyfriend because his lid broke. The piece that seals the drinking hole broke off into the hole. I didn't realize he had a replacement lid so I a second bottle while doing other shopping. I kept it for myself. Like I said, I've used it three times and this morning my lid did the same thing. So now I'm at work where I don't have access to my spare lid and trying to drink my water from the opening that's the size of my face.
