- Jingshan Maofeng, or Jingshan Xiangming，is the traditional well-known tea in the history of Zhejiang province. It grows in Jing Shan Mountain of Yuhang County at Zhejiang Province. The tea gardens there are of excellent environmental conditions: fertile and porous soil, year-round enshrouding mist, and it's never exposed to droughts or floods because of the murmuring spring water rippling over the stones and pebbles inherited in the soil. Jingshan Maofeng, is tender with silvery hairs covering on the surface. It is in jade green color, and of elegant fragrance. The liquor is bright green and it tastes fresh. The brewing method of this tea is unlike others as the water comes first, then when the tea is put into the cup, the leaves sink as if there were celestial fairy scattering flowers.
