Bigger than stated, wash it and it will be ok
This hat ( blue with black lining) looks attractive although the cotton does feel a bit stiff, hopefully washing will improve it. It is far too big more like 29-30cm across but on the plus side will also double as a blackout mask, I am hoping it will shrink when it is washed. If it does I will update my review.Updated, I have washed my hat and it has shrunk to a reasonable size and the fabric has softened so will give it 5 stars rather than the 3 I first gave it.

Good quality and comfy for indoors.
A lovely warm hat for indoor use or outside if you are under the age of 12. 100 % cotton and fully lined. Mine was pink with a black lining.
