Good kit. All the bits are durable and strong enough for the weight / tension expected (as described for each band).The colours of the bands are OK but they are not really bright or vivid colours as seen in the pictures.If there is any real grumble it would be with the "Workout Guide" sheet which is far too small and needs to be scaled up to at least A4 and preferably A3 (I'll do this on my copier/printer using the magnifier function) so that the many tiny useful pictures on the sheet can be properly viewed without a magnifying glass. Actual size of this sheet is 13.9 cm wide by 19.9 cm high.The rubber latex "bands" seem perfectly strong enough for their respective rating.If anyone has managed to stretch one to its limit and then forced it further beyond its stretch limit, then I would think they have broken it with unreasonable force. Obviously, rubber stretchy bands are rated to stretch up to a particular tension and it would be unreasonable to force them further. I have not tested my new bands beyond their stretch limit but I would expect them to suddenly tear and break if I did.I am new to this sort of band and I feel the need to say that the bands are shaped like cords and not rings. I would call them elastic rubbery latex exercise "resistance cords" rather than "bands" if I was naming them.

Bought this product because my gym is closed during lockdown and needed something to replace cable exercises. However, they haven't been much use to me. The tension is minimum until you get to the end of the stretch, so it feels unnatural. Having said that I have found a few exercises that I can get some benefit from, so not a complete waste of money.

The first band split an snapped within a week and after three weeks I have noticed tears more of them.The handles, fixings and door attachment are all fine but the rubber in the bands is clearly flimsy and low quality.

Doesn't last very long. Two of the bands snapped after a few weeks.

Pretty good. Helped me alot during lockdown.

The quality of the bands is very poor, gives no indication of resistance levels, The red and green snapped after 3 days of moderate use. The velcro is weak and any for resistance means it releases making leg exercise almost imposible. All in all I would strongly recommend searching elsewhere.

Excellent buy bit pricey but still worth it.
