I'm a bit disappointed in these headphones. They are hard plastic and quite thick, so really don't work well for sleeping unless you only sleep on your back. Sleeping on your side is just not practical as the speakers are rock hard and very uncomfortable as they press against your head.Sound quality is ok. Not surprisingly they have pretty much no bass to speak of, but I didn't buy them for high fidelity listening. If you want to listen to ambient sounds while sleeping, or ebooks in the car or wherever, etc. then these are probably fine from a sound quality standpoint.The headband itself is fairly comfortable. It stretches a bit but not a ton. I'd guess my head is "average" size for a man who is 5'9" tall and it's snug but not uncomfortable. It can be slid down a little and used as an eye mask as well which is handy.All in all, they're just OK for the price but like I said, don't expect to sleep on your side with these hard plastic speakers.

This is my second pair as I literally wear them every night for bed... I like to listen to music, etc as I fall asleep, so these fit the need perfectly. They are slim, fit nice and snug like a normal headband and the speakers that you insert into the band are slim enough to not bother you if you are a side sleeper like me. By far the worst part of this is putting the headphones into the band and getting them in the correct position. The speakers have a bit of velcro attached, so they are difficult to get in the right spot but once you do, they stay where you put them. A little patience and effort and you will have it just the way you like it. The sound quality is average but I don't keep the volume high, so for a soft volume I'm happy. If there was a better way to get the speakers into the band, I would give it a 5 star!

I looked long and hard for a pair of night time earbuds and have used these about every night for two months now. I really like them. They're not too warm to sleep with, they fit well, the sound is good for audio books and podcasts, the cord is comfortably long soever I can rest my phone on the bed side table but I have one major complaint.I bought the black sports band and we now have stains in the sheet and pillowcase where I sleep. After realizing what was going on in washed the headband by hand and was shocked to see how much dye came out. Our white sheets may never be the same again.If you buy this be sure to wash it a few times before sleeping in it.

Pros:Stays secure during sleep, cord coming out of the back makes it much less likely to tangle up than normal headphones, sound quality/volume are acceptable, pairs well with normal earbuds if you need to listen to 2 different audio sources simultaneously.Cons:There is a volume control on the cord (which I am not generally a fan of), and it seems somewhat cheap. The pause button in particular can get sticky, and I had to use a binder clip to make sure it was fully depressed, otherwise the volume would drop substantially. I also believe it may be activating on its own sometimes, which tends to pause whatever I'm listening to, which is very annoying when you're trying to go to sleep listening to something.

This is probably the best set of sleep headphones I've come across so far. I've tried several kinds, with various problems. These are easier to sleep on than the others, and are reasonably priced. One issue I have is the dryfit fabric tends to slip off my hair more easily, and I also have a smaller head I suppose, because I had to stitch it slightly smaller so it would stay on better at night. I have another pair made from fleece fabric, and those stay on much better for me. If you aren't sleeping with these though, I think the dryfit fabric would be fine.

I'm a night shift nurse - day sleeper. I put in ear plugs then put these over them to listen to my guided imagery app while I fall asleep, and to I hear my wake up alarm. I used these for an entire year before the headband started to stretch out, then one day they just didn't work 😭 With my great knowledge I decided I would try another brand instead of waiting for these to be restocked. HUGE mistake!!! I've tried others now and they suck. The band on these is not hot and does not make my head sweat. Also, the headphone portion has tiny Velcro pieces so that they stay in position exactly over your ears. Other brands the head phones just slide around on the inside and I cannot always hear the best volume. I'm ordering these again after wasting money

I really wanted to like these but they fell short of my expectations. I wanted to use them for sleep head phones and many people here said they work for that but they really do bulge out a lot. I have a pretty big head 7 3/4 hat size and these things were much too tight to be comfortable and sleep with them on.Pros:Sounds okLong cordpriceCons:Too tight for me (remember, big head)They bulge too much for side sleepersIf you are a smaller person, and sleep on your back I bet these would be great for sleeping but they didn't cut it for me.

So, I use this under my hat for figure skating and it smells really gross if it gets any sweat at all on it. I leave it out in the air to dry out after each use but it still smells gross. The only thing that makes it smell better is to run it through the washer and dryer but that only lasts for one wearing and it is back to smelling again. I would think it was me, but I wear plenty of other things that get sweat on them that do not smell near this rank. It is advertised for exercise, I cannot imagine why it has this reaction to my sweat.
