It is most definitely NOT wrinkle resistant. It will show every crease, so learn to fold it well or embrace the wrinkles. I use this as a base tablecloth under a small draped table cloth, and it works like a champ.The fitted side keep the cloth from billowing in windy conditions (and reveling your under table storage). The cut out on the back side of the table cloth is great for restocking your table. you can easily get to the inventory you've stored under the table without having to fuss with draped fabric.The only downside to the one I received is that the the seams sit on top of the table instead of on the corners of the table. The top fabric is just shy of the length and width of the table which causes the seams to be slightly out of place. If looks a little less professional than one would hope (thus my reason for draping a small cloth over my table top).
