A great resistance bands for legs
A great resistance bands for legs, lower body strengthening and toning. Very effective for resistance training, fitness workouts, and core abdominal engagement. I can use them to isolate and target specific muscle groups - quads, glutes, abs, butt, biceps, triceps, hips, legs, ankles and knees. A great tool for help me reshape my body after pregnancy and giving birth. These are great resistance bands! The best thing about them is that they don't have a bad odor, which is very important to me as I have a newborn at home. I tried some ideas of my own like single and double leg deadlifts, side bends, rows, etc. These bands will help you to become more fit, toned, and strong, and help you work on your stability and balance. I can imagine it would be a great tool for physical therapy, occupational therapy, or rehabilitation such as yoga, pilates, or cross fit as well. Love them! Great price for a versatile band.

wonderful
I place the black one around the two handles on my pullup bar, I grab onto both sides of the rubber band, pull it down to one of my feet, push my foot to the floor and place my other foot in (so both feet are inside the rubber band), and then I do pullups with the bar behind my back trying to do the same motion as the pull-down exercise for traps. I am concerned about the black rubber band breaking and snapping me; I hope it doesn't do that; I'll post a comment here if it ever does.

works great for pull ups. I got the strongest green one. I'm 6'5" and I stand strait with one foot in it hasn't changed its strength
