Best 'buds for hearing bass on airplanes
I bought these because I've had problems hearing bass on airplanes. No longer a problem with these earphones! I tested these on a wide variety of music and heard cello as well as bass guitar. I heard bass guitar playing antiphonally with lead guitar that I'd never heard before, on tracks I thought I knew well. Better than the Klipsch earbuds I had previously--and I liked the Klipsch. And they're comfortable, too. While everyone's ear is probably different, the stock ear fittings that came with them fit me really well. I used them on a 16 hour killer nonstop from Dallas to Hong Kong, without discomfort. They were more comfortable to me than my prior earbuds, which I had modified with Comply tips.If I lost these, I'd turn right around and buy another pair.

Harsh Sound, Beautiful Earbuds
Very responsive, but frankly, painful for anything other than instrumental music. You can hear details very crisply, but overall sound is a bit tinny and flat. Using this as a headset is a struggle, because "s" sounds are strong and sharp. Didn't notice anything particularly punchy about the bass, either. -2 stars for falling short on its function. However, it still gets 3 stars for an absolutely beautiful design with lightweight and impeccably carved wood details. Soft cord is a breeze to untangle. The bud itself was a comfortable fit, and it sounds like this is a fairly new company, so I think they're off to a great start! Work on that sound profile and you'll have a fantastic product.

Aggressive Treble
Before I get into the sound review, they should make it clear on the description that these are not Hi-Res earbuds. As you can see from the pic, it stats 20-20k not the advertised “5-40,000KHz” btw 40,000KHZ? That looks like a typo.Anyway , I have been using it for 2 weeks now. It has a V shape sound profile. The bass is punchy, the treble is too aggressive, which make the mids feels little bit recessed. If you listen to instrumental a lot this might be a good choice. But for other genres IMO there are better one’s out there around the same $20 price range. I started to notice a bad connection issue the past weekend, basically my music will pause all of the sudden. So I’m little concern about the wood design in terms of durability. No one can get it right the first try, I’m interest to see how they will evolve.

Best Ear Buds I have used
After owning these headphones for several months, I feel I am qualified to write an accurate review on them. In short, if you are looking for ear buds with excellent quality sound, design, and a company that cares about each pair of headphones - then look no further. Everything about these headphones is top notch, from the packaging to the brilliant cord that refuses to get tangled. However, I bought these headphones primarily for the sound, and they do not disappoint. I listen mainly to instrumental bands that encompass numerous genres into one song, or setlist, and I've never heard each instrument in the band so clearly without actually being at the show. The bass at a perfect level for me - it is strong and distinct without drowning out other elements of the music. Even with the volume turned as loud as I can bear, there is no noticeable distortion in sounds. Listening to these at about half way turned up, it is difficult to hear outside noises. I wouldn't say they are noise canceling, but be prepared to be oblivious to most outside sounds while listening to these headphones. Compared to other headphones at a similar price, the Forte Clarity Bass are distinctly better (Beats earbuds for one). At $50, these are a steal and I would recommend them to anyone.

Don't hesitate to buy these headphones.
Found on kicstarted and backed. Then we had an issue and they idenified it and resolved it in no time with no trouble. they are a company of true audiophiles who only care about quality, not flashy promotions. These are the best earbuds i've ever had, highly recommended!

Have an EQ!
These headphones are pretty good for the price, however, if you don't have an EQ to compensate for the ridiculous V shaped profile then you end up with sore ears because the highs are too sharp, and it almost feels like an artificial clarity because the mid's are so recessed that you'll increase the volume to hear the small details that would normally go unnoticed in the mid range. These in no way should cost $80.00. but for $20.00 they are decent, keep in mind im used to using the Denon AH-D400, so im a little more used to hearing more detail with a more balanced sound,

These are great head phones for the price
These are great head phones for the price. The bass is a little weak but they have great clarity. I have been using these almost daily a two years and they have held up great.

Nice Audio
Nice Audio, great for anyone likes the lower frequencies in their music and it doesn't seem to sacrifice the mid and upper ranges.
