Description

T4 DNA Ligase catalyzes the formation of phosphodiester bonds between double-stranded DNA fragments with 3'-OH and 5'-phosphate ends, in the presence of ATP. T4 DNA Ligase is supplied in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 50 mM KCl, 1 mm DTT, 0.1 mM EDTA and 50% glycerol.
