I have used it for 1 hr on the heavy bag, 30 minutes on the heavy bag, and 45 minutes on the stair climber plus weight lifting. It really makes you focus and concentrate on your breathing and using unnecessary energy. I have the settings at the lowest on all and it's still about half the intake of no mask on at all. It will increase your recovery time, endurance, lung capacity, and the ability to work while your body is under stress. I recommend this only for serious gym goers. If you are out of shape, this product is not for you, as it will create an immense amount of stress on your whole body. This mask is great for endurance, HiiT, and weight lifting. I sweat 2-3x more than the normal person and within 3 minutes I'm pouring sweat out of my face. I recommend this but be prepared for a hard time.

I’m purchasing this for the gym because I can’t stand the “Covid Thong” . Anyhow. I’ll be wearing this during my training,So rather than talk about what “not “ to wear in the stores to prevent from COVID-19....This mask is definitely worth 35$. Came over night...I’ll be lifting. Figured if someone can wear an underwear over their face...I can wear a Training mask.Spend the 35$ it’s definitely worth it.

This mask works and is good. I am slim and have a narrow face and even then, it is very tight on my face with no adjustment.

I received it today but it doesn't work. I tested it at the gym for 5 minutes on the treadmill and 5 minutes lifting weights. I am a person who weighs 220 pounds and I am 5'8 "1- very tight the strap came off twice as the velcro barely grabbed less than 3/4 "2- you cannot breathe too much difficulty when breathing it does not matter if you open the 4 levels on each side.3- if you have a beard and you have a round head or wide head, it will not fit.4- It only has 4 levels marked on each side, no matter how slowly you make the changes, it only gives 4 changes.5- If you wear glasses it will be very difficult for both of them to be on the face.6- it leaves your face marked by how tight it is and only for 5 minutes7- if you are a coach or an excessive person training in the gym then this mask is not for you.

I love and hate this product. It is great it fits well I hate it because it makes me weak. What does not kill you makes you stronger, this will make you stronger.

My son used for regulating his breathing and strengthen his lungs. Said was hard to get use to at first but took time.
