This cup warmer is easy to use, as it pressure activated. You put your cup on and it turns on, take it off it turns off, handy for me, because I forget to turn things off. All of these cup warmers work pretty much the same. The temperature is fair and keeps beverages “warm”. Some tips to consider to make this product work better: find a coffee mug with a flat bottom, (very difficult to find) the heat disburses more evenly and purchase a silicone cover. This will keep your beverage hot, even without a flat bottom mug. Also can be purchased on Amazon and is not a pricey item. Usually comes in a package of six. This will improve the cup warmer tremendously!

I am so glad I finally got myself a coffee cup warmer. I use this almost every day of my work week for either keeping my coffee or tea warm. Before getting one of these I was getting up several times to reheat my morning cup of Jo! I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed that the warmer automatically turned on when I sat my mug on it and the little light lit up as well. I guess I missed that feature. No switches, I love that. I don't usually like unitaskers, but this is well worth it. It is a great addition to my morning work routine. This is very lightweight and looks great too!

This is good for someone like me where it’s takes a while to get through one cup. It does keep it warm but it doesn’t make it super hot where you can’t drink it. I do wish it got a little warmer but it’s good for when I get stuck on my computer and forget it for a while.

Great use anywhere.

This thing works exactly as described.I have a regular mug of coffee (not a special flat bottom cup) and I sit it on the plate and it turns on. There is a little button on the bottom of the device that is depressed when you sit a cup of coffee on the plate. When you pick the cup up the thing turns off (the button is released). It keeps my coffee warm enough to enjoy throughout the day (almost a little too hot). The less coffee you have in the cup the hotter the liquid is. It's like they taught us in physics. Go figure.My goal was to prevent my coffee turning room temperature during the day as it sat on my desk. Mission accomplished.If you want it even hotter you could put something to cover the cup like a pad of post-it notes. That's what I have. But I really don't need to do that.Those other negative reviews almost made me pass this up. I'm glad I ignored them.

Worst design EVER It should have never come to market.It is not designed to turn off after a time limit. If there is any weight on it, a coffee cup for example, the heat stays on. Remove the cup, heat goes off. Simple right? Not so much!6 year old child sets box of Kleenex on it and we all go outside. Smoke alarm alerted us THANK GOD!! The Kleenex box had been smoldering away and tissues were burnt to the middle of the box. Several hours went by. We were in the back yard. I see a law suit in the making.

My item arrived on time and was packaged well. And this item is not a terrible device, but it needs major improvements before it is useful to me. First let me give them credit for advising me that a flat bottomed mug works best, as it will make direct contact with the heating plate.Here’s my disappointments, 1) it has been a challenge for me to find a mug that is completely flat. Every mug I currently own and every one I have considered purchasing have a lip at the bottom as seen in my pic. Because it’s not flat, the heating plate only touches the lip making the plate less effective.2) if your mug is not heavy enough the plate will turn off or not come back on after you take a sip and lay your mug back down. You can press the base (not the plate) and make it turn back on but you have to remember to do that, and if then it will only stay on if the mug is heavy enough.3) in my opinion the plate doesn’t get hot enough to compensate for the lip on the bottom of the mug. The plate is hot enough if your mug is completely flat. Please tell me where I can find such an item if anyone knows.

This is a well designed and properly functioning coffee and beverage warmer. Keeps hot coffee a very warm drinkable temperature and over a short period, warms cool coffee poured in the cup to a proper drinkable temperature. Some what concerned that the power is cut off to the warmer when the cup is lifted to drink and then re-applied when the cup is replaced to the warmer surface. How ever the temperature of the warmer is quickly restored and no loss of heating performance is noticed. I own several of this brand of warmer and both work very well. I also own several of a competitors brand that do not heat as well. I will order this warmer again if needed. Works very well.
