Tool quality is good, but there are a few short falls. First if you use this tool on a Range Rover you must purchase a separate TDC locking pin. Second, the cam locking bars are not labeled and are unique to their particular camshaft. Third, the vanos alignment tool's indexing pins were not securely installed in the tool, so one fell out, fortunately not into the engine. Fourth, the kit does not include the cam locking bar's hold down. This simple but vital tool screws into the spark plug hole and holds down the locking bars during alignment, tightening and loosening cam sprockets. I made one but I have a full shop with welders and machine tools, Most people would need to inquire more about this part. Fifth, Absolutely no instructions or help contact number. Had to go online and track down an email contact, person did reply promptly, and helped me identify cam bars. Lastly this is not a job for a novice mechanic, this is a complicated and laborious job to service these components.
