It was easy to assemble, but I found it odd that it didn't include assembly instructions. It works well. A simple tool to train your core.

Missing Item and knee pad is horrible
Item was missing the band that connects to it. The knee pad they include is a joke, paper thin and as small as a paper towel.The wheel is actually good though.
