A Weak Link in a Otherwise Great Line of Products
Note: I have purchased this product directly from the manufacturer. I must say that I have had a mixed experience with this. I purchased the set of three products: the Fresh Start (for stripping the overspray and deep cleaning the laminate floor), the Restorer (the finish), as well as this Cleaner. The assumption is that since they are made for each other, it should give the best result. Well, not quite so.FRESH START: This is the pink bottle. It worked very well, and was able to remove previous cleaners build up, and left the laminate floor deeply cleaned. As per manufacturer's recommendation, I rinsed it several times (three times) until the rinse water from the pad was totally clear. Good product and good result.RESTORER: This is the white bottle. I applied three very thin layers as per instructions, making sure that the strokes were even and smooth, so as not to leave any marks or signs from the pad used to spread it. Each application was after the required 30 minutes. Then, I let it cure overnight (in total about 12 hours) before any traffic on the floor. The result was absolutely beautiful. The floor looked great, and the finish seemed to be the best thing I have ever tried.CLEANER: This is the blue bottle. This is where the problem came up. After several days of traffic (the manufacturer suggests to wait at least 48 hrs before the first cleaning), we needed to clean the floor, of course. So I used this according to instructions. I was shocked at how it dulled the finish, streaked and in some areas it created a spotted stain on the finish (see photo). At first I thought I may have done something wrong, but upon checking at the instructions and manufacturer's comments for application, I realized that I had followed them quite carefully. I must say I was deeply surprised and disappointed. Thankfully I haven't finished the entire floor with this, and I am now looking for an alternative.Conclusion: All in all, assuming that I find an appropriate cleaner for regular maintenance, I will continue (when needed) to use the Fresh Start deep cleaner for stripping and the Restorer for finishing, but (sorry) NOT the cleaner. I cannot take any chances anymore. Regretfully, this is also very expensive, and since my laminate floor is quite large, I needed the gallon size of all three.

The best product for laminate flooring
I have been using this product on my laminate floors and have had great success. When we moved here I thought I was going to have to replace the flooring but I found these products.

Let it Shine!
Using it on the laminate floor of my rental apartment and so far I can see more shine. Used only twice so far but it seems to be working. Also doesn't have any strong smell.

I've been using this product for about two years now and it's the best by far for cleaning wood floors. Don't waste your time and money on BONA and other products that streak and build up over time!
