Did not receive one in pkg. couldnt down load from link they suggested, So I went a head a simitted again the only thing I've heard back from them is they'll be out of the office till July 28th it's now thw 5th of Aug. In two days it will be 30 days since I've contacted this company with know answers. We paid close to 300.00 for a scotter I'd expect it to not bend..
