Pretty simple to use and clean
The instructions don't really tell you that the black rubber in the part of the juicer that separates the juice and the pulp can be gently removed to allow for MUCH easier cleaning. Juice is a bit pulpy, and you have to cut your veggies and fruits down to size. But for the cost, does the job well. Wanted it as a startup for my own introduction to juicing. Probably won't upgrade anytime soon as a sieve helps cut back on the pulp (I'm not a fan of liquid with texture or chewing what I drink). Does the job

Works great
Works Great! Cleaning is a pain, pulp seems to get stuck near the rubber and is hard to get out.

Very Disappointed
I normally don’t write reviews, but I am very disappointed on this product. Not even 30 days since I purchased it, only used 6 times, it died on me!!!! It was hard to assemble and take it apart...unfortunately I can’t return it, I DO NOT recommend this product

Great product | Not Perfect
This is relatively easy to clean, does take a little elbow grease on one part and care not to damage. The pulp bin always has extra juice in it, it is not perfect at extracting all the juices, I have to put it through my nut bag to strain if I want to get the most out of the pulp.

Labor Intensive
Pros: compact size. Fits easily on kitchen counter and doesn't take up too much space. The price is affordable.Cons: Fruit/vegetables easily gets clogged. Frequently have to stop juicing to take apart and remove clogged food from crevices. I mainly juice ginger. While it yields a lot of juice, it's a pain to use because the fibers get clogged and stop the machine. Same goes for celery and pineapple. Apples, oranges, strawberries and carrots have blended well. The juicer does not filter pulp. My workaround is to put a mesh strainer underneath the spout to catch the pulp before it dispense into the container. In short: juice comes out very tasty however, I'm very unhappy with this juicer. Unfortunately I'm stuck with it since the return policy does not allow a refund for a used product. If you juice frequently, especially root vegtables, I suggust you consider investing in a better quality machine .

Bent clear bowl
After a few months of using this juicer the clear bowl has bent while allowing it to soak in dish water. This juicer is really hard to clean !! Other than having a hard time cleaning it and my bowl being bent I enjoyed it. I can no longer use it because the bowl is bent and it can’t be put into place.. so disappointed

My first juicer purchase, very happy with it
This is the first juicer I have purchased and got it to mainly juice celery juice for stomach issues. It works great! There are things you should know about this juicer before buying it:1. You will have to chop your fruits and veggies about 1" or smaller or it will overwork the juicer and cleaning up will be the biggest pain in your butt. I learned that on the first round of juicing.2. Its not a fast juicer, so patience is needed when making your juice. I dedicate 1 hour to juice about 4-5 jars of juice.3. Will juice just about anything, I haven't tried wheat grass yet but does kale, spinach, watermelon, ginger, pears, apples, celery, citrus with ease.4. Cleaning can be easy if you clean it immediately after juicing. Don't let it sit. The brush tool it comes with makes it easy to clean with. Use light dish soap if needed and air dry. Don't put in dishwasher as I think it could damage your parts to the machine.5. You will still need to strain your juice through cheese cloth or fine mesh strainer to catch some little bits that can come through.Overall this machine is very easy to use. Slim, it fits nicely in any cabinet I have in my kitchen. Pretty lightweight compared to other machines out there like a stand mixer or blender. I would definitely buy again or recommend to buy for your first juicer. Love my juicer.

Easy to use, easy to transport
I have other masticating juicers like Omega and Champion. But they are heavy and large. So when I was looking for something I could travel with, I found this one. It's great. It fits perfectly in a rolling backpack I own and I can easily take it on the road or with me in hotels. And I use it now at home more than the others since it takes up less room on the counter. Like with many juicers, you do have to cut up celery before juicing it, otherwise the long course threads won't be cut and will wrap around the base of the blades. I love the little spout plug.
