LIFE SAVER
I have a portable oxygen machine, that is very hard for me to carry. I only have one arm and I am weak and 70 years old. I couldn't go anywhere by myself, because it was too hard walking and carrying the machine and open doors with one arm. My charger and machine fits perfect, and pulling it is so easy, due to the wonderful tires. Very smooth. I also got the little purse like extra that velcro onto the bars, which I use as a purse. It's perfect. When you stop the stand comes down automatically. Very Happy. Very well made. Thank you so much!

Deceiving photos it’s only a bag!
Item is deceiving, it is only a bag, not an oxygen concentrator as pictured, $98.00 for a bag without a concentrator, not for me way too expensive. $$$ item has been returned. Photos show power chargers, ac and car it’s only a bag for a concentrator, way overpriced.

General comment about Phillip's
This comment isn't about this product, it is about Phillip's in general. The Phillips website does not provide a way for customers to contact them. My wife's portable oxygen concentrators power port broke and I wanted to contact Phillips about the problem but, with no email address available, I couldn't. Her concentrator is less than a year old.

Not worth the money-factory has to replace sieve beds, $139 for new power adapter, compressor failed
We just agreed with the technician at the repair center to throw away our Philips Respironics Simply Go concentrator after having it only 5 1/2 years. It would have been way too much to replace/ repair the compressor. Yep, a compressor that went out after 5 1/2 years. The compressor in my frig/ freezer/ ac unit goes for 15 years but a medical unit craters. The same company who insisted we have to replace the less than 3 year old power adapter with their $139 approved power pack to avoid ruining any warranty. The same company who gave us the 2 day merry go round of phone calls to discover that we didn't exist since we didn't buy directly from them (nasty cow on the phone too). We were trying to replace the sieve beds as I thought that was the problem and found out that the Simplygo requires balancing at the factory. It was easy to replace the sieve beds in our Devilbiss and intend on buying/replacing the sieve cartridges in our Inogen. I’ll never buy Philips again.
