This case is too flemsey... the iPad will not stay seated.. and the case is not heavy enough to keep the ipad from tipping over when in use with the keyboard. When you flip to use as a tablet... the iPad falls out too easily.PLUS...IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A REFUND, EVEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIPT. This seller is not responsive, and I'm going to probably have to use the A-Z refund from Amazon to get them to respond.I filed for a refund on the first day i got it...but now almost 2 weeks later, and still no response.BUYER BEWARE!!! SELLER UNRESPONSIVE AND PROBABLY NOT A US BASED COMPANY.

I’ve cracked 2 iPad Pro screens other cases. My iPad has unfortunately had two pretty bad drops while using this case and I’m happy to say the case did it’s job protecting my equipment. I’m very pleased with the Keyboard. I LOVE the pencil holder. It’s perfectly hidden and convenient. I gave it four stars because the Bluetooth keyboard experiences a delay, doesn’t always connect right away, and sometimes key strokes do not register resulting in typos. But I can tolerate the less responsiveness of the keyboard knowing that this expensive investment is well protected.

I’ve had this keyboard less than 3 months . I’ve used it only 1/2 a dozen times and the battery does not hold a charge at all even while plugged in. I liked the key light up feature when it worked but unfortunately I can not use the keyboard at all. I like how the item swivels but again it broke in under 3 months . I have contacted the reseller and hopefully they will replace it. Will update when they reply .Update - reseller will not replace the unit . Right under the warranty return policy and they won’t replace it . Giving them ZERO stars .

I thought it was not working correctly so I contacted the seller and they sent a new one no cost to me. They were quick to respond and let me keep them both. Later found out both work perfectly I just needed to change the settings to my iPad Pro by shutting off the mouse function.This fits perfectly to my iPad Pro 4th generation 12”. It has a nice feel and weight to it. It stays up and is balanced keeping my pen secure. I was afraid my pen would fall out but I was surprised to how well and secure it stays in place.The battery life is good and puts my iPad to sleep mode when closed saving battery life on my iPad too. I really love this thing. It’s pretty cool and would buy again.

This would be a great keyboard case if the IPad didn’t keep falling out of it. Everything is is great but what good is that if the iPad doesn’t stay in the case! I’ve been emailing back and forth with the seller and the seller is uncooperative. They will not return it. With shipping this case is almost a hundred dollars and for that much money you expect a product that works without issue for at least a few months. I got the case on June 30th 2020 but only received my iPad on august 13 2020. Used the case now for about two weeks and it was falling out of the case from almost the third day.

I love the keyboard on this case, however the strenth of the pivot hinge holding the pad upright is much too weak. I’ve had it only 7 months and the hinge collapses if the angle of the pad is even a little less than 80 degrees. Also, the frame holding the pad in the top of the case is too thin and the pad often falls out of the holder. I’m now looking for a new case.

I’ve been trying to return this item and the seller is not willing to accept the return. The product is not good and it’s unbelievable that amazon has sellers as such on their website .

I purchased 6 of these cases and was very disappointed when they arrived and we opened them to find that the iPad is not secured in the case in any way. When you open the case the iPad falls out EVERY TIME. Along side this the keyboard portion of the case worked one time. After this it never charged again. So I have 6 useless keyboards which the company will not take back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THESE ARE TRASH.
