Purchased a second light, worked flawless even the remote. Very satisfied, plan on getting a third.
Had a couple of issues in the beginning like having to remove and readjust the remote control battery to get it work and realizing the remote has to be almost right next to the sensor to function properly but still better than searching the cord for an in line switch and pressing it several times to get desired brightness or tint subjecting your fish to a light show every time you turn on/off the light as all you're single light functions ( on off brightness color) are instantly at your finger tips. I attached the suction cups to the underside of the tank cover where the burned out factory led white only light had been. It kept falling off the first few days and I was about to glue it in place but the last time I re suctioned it to the composite plastic lid it stayed. It's been past a month now and it has un attached itself only once which being a water proof submerge light it's really a non issue. All in all I'm very satisfied with this product and will probably purchase more to replace the lights on my other tanks. The only thing I would suggest to the manufacturer is one or twp more degrees of brightness in colored mode would be a plus but its bright enough especially on white.

Poor Quality Control, Great Customer Service
UPDATE: I contacted customer service using the email provided in the package. Glad I did! Communication was clear and quick! After explaining my issues a replacement was shipped out quickly. Issue was resolved in a day. If you come across issues reach out.New light arrived and all LED's are functions as intended. Its not all that bright. I bought this as an addition to my hooded LED's I didn't want to get rid of the nice looking hood so I opted for these. Honestly I thought it was a brilliant idea. Sadly due to poor Chinese quality control 3 of the LED's do not shine Green. So I have 3 Pink LED's when the rest are white. Will be returning.Remote continued to work after one use. Sanction cups feel strong but they don't tightly hold onto the tube so it does move up and down easily without much effort. Not really an issue even if you have a wave maker or a tank with lots of water movement.

Was good for almost 5 months
It worked great for almost 5 months. Now, it’s stuck on one color (red-orange) & no amount of pushing the remote buttons will help. It has never been a bright light but it WAS pretty. It had it so it would change colors for the months that it actually worked. I miss the “light show” in my aquarium.

Cool accessory for your tank
While this light bar has bright “lights” it doesn’t light up much of the tank. This is a great addition to your tank but not really necessary. It’s cool to light up the back of your tank but I worry the lights may stress out my fish. I have it set to just one color never the changing lights for this reason. I was hoping it would be brighter so I could get rid of the top light but it’s just an accessory light.Remember to always shut your lights off your sigh tank on a schedule so they don’t stress out. Too much light isn’t natural for them. Think of your fish being in a wild pond. The sun come up and goes down like clock work each day. They depend on the cycles for breeding and life cycles as well. I have a timer on mine so I don’t have to worry.

Love this light!
This is the coolest light. I’m really pleased with how nice it is for the price. I love all the different colors and that you can adjust the brightness. You can set it on a solid color or have it cycle through all the colors. The remote is a fun feature. You have to aim the remote at a certain spot on the cord ( a little junction box with a receiver....not the actual light ) to get it to work. Also, if you lose the remote you can still operate the light with a button on the cord. You can rotate the light bar in the suction cups to shine the lights how you want ...outward, straight down, etc. Hope it lasts a long time, but for the price I wouldn’t be mad if I have to replace it every year. It’s really cool

2/3 were perfect
When I purchased these lights I was trying to create a 125 gallon aquarium for the cheapest i possibly could. These lights seemed like a perfect solution for the cost. They are actually really nice lights. I was worried when they first arrived that each came with its own controller, however if you point a single controller at multiple light's power supplies it will work.My only complaint is the QC. Two of my lights are perfect and exactly the same. However, as you can see in the picture one of them is a different color tone (Those two lights were set on the exact same setting). What's particularly interesting is I don't think its actually the light itself but the power supply the light plugs into. I tried to swap the lights around so I could get the odd man out in the middle, to my surprise the problem did not move with the light.I would be nice to get this taken care of, but Im not going to bother sending back a 15 dollar light.

Main or accent lights?
Wow I thought my new light was defective when I turned it on. It is really dim compared to the hooded florescent light I was replacing. I thought maybe it will brighten up after a few minutes but it stayed as dim as before. But I noticed then my red nosed rummy tetras began swimming to other parts of the tank which they never did before. Their noses turned bright red also which was rare. I quickly read up on this and found that they like dimmer lighting. So perhaps the bright lights are for our human eyes but the fish may prefer something less than the blazing sun. If the dimmer light makes the fish happier and more secure in their space then so be it.

I love it!
Update 9/11/20: they're still going. No change since I last got them. Working pretty well. It's really nice for this price tbh. I see one at Walmart and it doesn't even have a these color changing options, etc and it's around $20.As you can already see from the description, there are a lot of light options. You can even lower the brightness (only works for single color, doesn't work when you're using the light changing options). Cord is long enough, I have it hanging on the wall so the sensor is in the back but still visible. I hope the life of these lights aren't too short, but I'll update if it seems to have broken down too quickly.

Not for use as a main light but good as suppliment
Not as bright as i thought it would be and you need to aim at a sensor on the cord to change the colourNot the worst and still decently happy with it though since it makes for a nice evening light and good for adding different colour spectrums to my white lightSuction cups are good too just a tad loose in them and took me a hot minute to realize you have to turn the suction cups to clip them in place.Good for its price at least!

Great light for an aquarium
I didn't end up putting this inside my tank as I've found the suction isn't very good, but what I did do was set it on top of my aquarium facing down on the tank and it works perfectly! Love the colors and the remote works well, you just have to point the remote at the receiver on the cord otherwise the remote appears like it's not working. Great solution for my Betta tank that didn't have a built in light!

awesome, minus missing suction cup
generally this fits all of my needs, it lights up the tank nicely and I like the option. its sitting well in the fluval 15 gallon flex. My only gripe is that it was missing a suction cup so it doesnt sit quite right. so far one cup seems to hold it up just fine, albeit a little lopsided. everything else is great, and its kinda neat that the remote also changes the fluval flex lights. It seems small but I do wish i had that suction cup so it sits right and I dont need to worry about it falling
