The readings are amazingly accurate!
I mainly wanted to be able to measure my blood pressure and oxygen levels as well as body temperature! It’s right on the money when I compare the measurements to all my other devices. I now only have one device that does it all! Having severe asthma makes it imperative to keep track of all my readouts and this does it perfectly! Even keeps a record. Love it!

More than expected from this price point!
We have tried many different watches and so far, this one has been the one that has all the features we are looking for as well as being extremely affordable. It does heart rate (can be one time or continuous with intervals set by the wearer), blood oxygen level (it is a little off, always stating lower level but it is good as a baseline reading), blood pressure, and body temperature. It also holds the battery pretty well even though it is set at testing the heart rate every 2 hours. We usually charge it for an hour. We hadn't tried swimming with it but we have done a lot of other activities that would get it wet and so far so good.

Comfortable and surprisingly accurate.
Very surprised that it's very accurate since I can compare it to my SPO2 meter and my BP cuff. Haven't figured how to change Temperature to F

Happy Camper
Received the product one day ago, easy to figure out the programming of the device. All bells and whistles works as advertised. Day two of device use, very happy with all outcome. After time, I will be able to verify the accuracy of the device, but accuracy was my top reason for the device. Just need to be somewhere in the ball park. For those wanting this device, heads-up, position of the device on your arm is key, you need to find your sweet spot.

Updated Review
I did a comparison on how well the blood pressure feature accurately works. It failed big time. The two other cuffs of different brands were almost identical over several days. You cannot trust the measurements on this device. I threw it in trash.Very confusing instructions if any at all on most topics. It does not have body temperature in centigrade. The time display was numeric now it shows a traditional face of a clock. I cannot find the way to change it back to numeric. Certainly not in any instructions. Overall disappointed.

Summarize this product in one line? The return window ended THREE DAYS *BEFORE* it arrived...
... which should tell you almost everything you need to know about it.The seller claims and has pictures showing the unit can display temperatures in Fahrenheit -- no, it can't, and the temperature is not that accurate. Inaccuracy or wildly varying readings under almost identical conditions is the one constant here. Step counter varied wildly compared to three other measurement bands, undercounting by ~50% or so. O2, blood pressure? Neither were ever close. The bezel scuffs and scratches easily. Creating an account in the Android app requires validating a captcha that it won't display (I finally found a workaround, but that's a waste of time considering how poorly this device performed. The display is barely readable in indirect sunlight, invisible in direct sunlight, and don't bother selecting one of the three 'looks' the main window offers because it will not retain your choice. Ever.If I could give 'zero-star' rating or even a 'negative number', I would. It's been a complete waste of time and money.100% NOT recommended.*** UPDATE - replacement unit sent by seller. ***It must be noted first and foremost that the seller's support has been outstanding in my case. This behavior is extremely important, and can make a so-so product considered in a far more positive light. That said, on to the device itself:The Positives:The seller sent a replacement unit that took about two weeks to arrive. This unit does show the temperature in both Celcius and Fahrenheit. It also seems to be more consistent in the various measurements. It is a bit more readable (somewhat brighter than the original unit). O2 varies 5-7% compared to the typical fingertip pulse oximeter, blood pressure is within 10%.I have raised the star rating to two (from wanting to give it zero or even 'negative' stars -- with the arrival of this unit, it's coming close to what is advertised, though the fragility of the bezel and short battery life are concerns. The Negatives:Battery life is only about two (2) days, though, which is about 30% less than the original unit, and unlike the original unit, the main page choice does not stay set. Almost every time the unit turns on, it's the first of the three choices. If these preferences could be set and then locked by the app, that would almost be worth a star on its own.The bezel almost scratches if you look at it. Okay, that's an exaggeration, but it is on the inside of my wrist, protected from the majority of bumps and when resting on a surface it is against a pad of clean neoprene (my mouse/keyboard pad). It still shows fine scratches and one gouge that I cannot assign to any event -- I work at a desk, and my only exercise is jumping to conclusions.Thoughts and Suggestions:Having to take the watchband off rather than using a USB cable is not an advantage. In addition, the watchband as a whole is troublesome -- it would be good to be able to change this sweaty, slightly clumsy catches - watchband for something else. If this device were able to use a cable, it we could change the watchband, or even be able to wirelessly charge the device, that would be worth additional stars.Make the bezel less fragile. Make it easier to charge. Make preferences settable by the app. For me, slightly wider rather than thick is a better geometry for the device. Add small ridges to the back to allow the covered area to be less sweaty. I get that the measurements being made are only possible by making intelligent assumptions, and the designers hoping they are made under very specific conditions -- that these measurements can be done at all shows an incredibly clever use of technology and I want the OEM to know that I know this and appreciate it. It is remarkable.(Want to make an almost instant 5-star device? Make one that doesn't require permissions. Make one that doesn't steal our data and use it -- that we cannot use this device and others like it without giving up our individual privacy and autonomy is a big no. Yes, we will use the invasive ones, but expect us to find ways to hack it, as there are other devices that don't steal information, go eventually to those devices. They're less convenient, but they are honest and we can trust them.)Whomever the OEM of this device is, these are possibly all changes that could be made. If they were done, the resulting unit would be an incredible value. As it is, though, these issues stand in the way, and simply move me to buy a better unit that doesn't have as many of these issues.I really wanted this unit to work. It has great promise and has a feature set that few currently have. It also has a range of issues that most on the market do not have. As little as the individual issues may be, for me, they all add up to an overall 'No.'

Great product!
The activity tracker is great. So easy to set up and use. I bought it only with the temperature function, the temperature measurement is very fast, the error is about 0.5,it is a great product. Also, when I was on the treadmill I compared the pulse reading on my tracker to that of the treadmill and they were really close. Buy it, you won't be sorry!

I love this little tracker.Great value.
My husband purchased this fitness tracker for me,and so far I'm enjoying it.The features easy to use and for the most part it calculates accurately. The notifications for incoming calls and texts work well with my iPhone 11.i don't use all of the functions, but I am delighted with the step counter, the blood pressure measuring tool (though I have no idea how it does it),and the sedentary reminders.Over all for the price it was a great purchase.

This one is a big disappointment, bettter avoid
The software with the watch called Dayband is completely useless. I found a number of flaws within just few days:1. For the temperature measurement, it shows the body temperature about 25 degrees.2. Blood pressure measurement is quite rubbish and will show around 120/70 all the time for everyone. There is no way you can calibrate these results.3. The accuracy of time in the watch is rubbish. If it is not connected to phone, the time will be inaccurate by up to 5 minutes (slow) in just 24 hours.4. Sleep monitor does not work correctly and many times it will just show 0 hrs.5. The battery lasts only about 1 1/2 days (36 hrs) on average (advertised 7 days).6. It will suddenly stop step counting. You will have to reset it again to make it work. All previous data will be lost.7. The software installed in phone is quite useless. It can not record many data such as SpO2, temperature etc.8. I wanted a refund but not resolved as yet by the seller.

Great watch
Had for a few days and it works great. After reading other people's reviews I can see why this watch is excellent value. Highly recommended

Really am torn about this gadget...
I really like the looks of this watch - I really like the features of this watch - BUT - I REALLY HATE the battery life of this watch! WHY can't they make a watch that would use the movement of your arms & wrists to recharge the battery(ies)? It only makes sense that that kind of technology would revolutionize this industry - don't know if I would buy this again - I think I would wait for BETTER BATTERY LIFE...(& easier coupling with different phones & storage of data over periods of time - whether it be days/weeks/hours/months - JUST something that would work without getting a degree in technology!

Difettoso
