Does this come with everything seen in picture ? especially the audio cord ?

The included cord Male TRS-Male TRS is basically for a DSLR. I'm using an iPhone 7 Plus on a boom stand and I needed to by a 15' Male TRS-Male TRS cable with a Female TRS-Male TRRS adapter. Only took me 2 days to figure that out. TRRS (Tip Ring Ring Sleeve) was the key, then connected that to an Apple dongle (Female 3.5mm to Lightning). Your welcome :)

The X-T20, X-T30, X-E3 and X100F have combined 2.5 mm microphone/remote control inputs, you need an adapter cord. The X-T2 and X-T3 have a 3.5 mm microphone input and a separate 2.5 mm remote control input, no adapter needed.

Will this work on my iphone 7 plus mounted on a osmo mobile 2?

You will need extra cable to isolate the mic input.
