This arrived just in time for snow blowing the first major snowfall of the year. It kept my face toasty warm and dry for the few hours needed to clear a few neighbors and my driveway. The mouthing nose guard stays in place, but I was able to tuck it under my chin as needed to keep my glasses fog free. It has not been January or early February cold yet, so I cannot accurately comment on that performance, however this headgear is a thicker fleece than my old one, so I expect it will do quite nicely when that icy air arrives.
