My daughter and I together embarked on the 21-Day Fix three weeks ago. Because the program comes with only one set of containers, I came to Amazon to order these for my own use. So far, so good. Some of the lids are hard to pull off, but I figure with use they will soften up. I will say, this is a very smart way to measure your food. Yes, you could just use measuring cups, but I like storing and stacking my meals and not worrying about measuring my food at each sitting. In three weeks, I have shed 7 lbs. and it is because I am eating the right portions of each food group. I notice, too, that if I put my snacks in the corresponding containers, I feel as if I am getting enough. If I want tortilla chips (homemade, no oil), I stack them in the yellow container, and it is enough. Mindlessly dipping into the bag does not happen anymore. And you get almost more food than you really want at times. Good way to monitor your food intake.

I am on the 21 day fix, have been for about 6 months. My husband is doing it with me, but I have misplaced a couple of the containers. So I needed a second set but didn't want to pay another 30-70 bucks for it. I found this one on Amazon, and it looked close enough. I received it the other day, and it's EXACTLY like my 21 day fix set. It doesn't come with the booklets or the coach, but if you just need the accurate sizes and colors, this set is identical. I actually prefer this set, the colors are more vibrant. Overall, it's a perfect match and i'm extremely happy with the purchase. (BTW, yes the 21 day fix plan works. I'm down to my weight before 2 kids and even before my marriage! I really like it and it's really easy to be on. These containers help with portioning, and make a major impact to keep track of what you are eating, how much and when. You should give it a shot. These containers, while not the 21 day labeled containers, will save you money and if you look on the internet/pinning website they give you the plans.)

I'm really happy with these containers. I bought these because they are required for any new Beachbody workout program since 21 Day Fix... yet if you try to buy just the containers from beachbody they currently charge $17.85. These containers are identical and I paid only 8.95, a big difference for the exact same product. For instance: 12 whole almonds equals a blue container, 10 medium olives equals an orange container, 1 slice of whole grain bread equals a yellow (I'd use Ezekiel bread), 2 large eggs equals a red container, and 10 medium baby carrots equals a green container.Overall this was a great purchase, and I'm very happy with these containers. I definitely recommend these.

I am on my first week of the 21 day fix and these are almost an exact replication of a friends that ordered the 21 day fix kit. I just received these containers and have already used them. Portion control without measuring is easiest for me and these are perfect. They are sturdy and the lids fit tightly so I have had no leakage problems. The lids fit well and come on and off with ease. There were no instructions included as indicated but that is not a problem as I already have the information on what types of foods go in each container and how many of each to eat per day. I have been hand washing them so I haven't put them in the dishwasher yet.

Been needing something that I could use that would control how much i eat on a daily basis. I have type 2 diabetes and this works good for me. I can measure and prepare my meals for work and save a lot of money. Making my own foods means I'll eat healthier. I also love the ebooklet that came with it. It has some recipes and it also has what should go into the different containers which makes it easier when going to the grocery store. I can plan what foods to buy for my work week for breakfast and lunch. I ordered 3, one for me and the other's went to a couple of my friends that are also enjoying these as well.

My husband and I are starting the 21 day fix together and I didn't want to spend the ridiculous amount on a second set of the actual 21 day fix brand containers so I bought these. They arrived on the exact same day as my 21 day fix kit, and once I took the two kits out of their boxes they were impossible to tell apart. They are identical, so if you're looking for a backup container set, this is the one.They also e-mail you a guide that includes lists of what can go into each container that's a lot easier to print out and put on your fridge than what comes in the 21 day fix guide.

This product is not marked with measurements and did not come with any type of insert that had measurements. At the very least it should say how many ounces each container is or have an insert that broke down the color code.

This will help my husband and I on our weight loss journey. We both have at least 40 pounds to lose and are not good at all the measuring and weighing that most plans require. This way, we can just fill up a cup, place it in our lunch plate and be on the way. What could be simpler? Same as my friend's 21-day fix, but better because it cost much less. Let's do this everyone!
