What a shame?
Pros:Looks great and fits in well with our penguin theme.When it felt like it the soap dispensed well and a good quantity, .Cons:Worked when it felt like it - often just refused to work at all!Often vomited soap into the sink, even if no one was anywhere near it and overnight!The wall fixing was a good feature to mount over the sink, except the soap bottle was too heavy for the attachment which just fell off if it was over half full.

Randomly Dispenses Soap on its own. Does not always dispense when required.
When it works it is fine with a decent amount of foamy soap. Also looks quite quirky and seems good quality materials.However it will randomly dispense on its own. This has happened about 20 times in 3 days.It also often does not dispense when you put your hands under it, no matter what you do. it will then work 10 minutes later..returned for a refund.

Absolute Scam! Do not buy!
I have not written any reviews since the past 9 years I started using Amazon, but for his product, I felt I owe it to potential buyers to warn them before they are scammed.I gave it one star, but honestly, it does not deserve any. Please do not buy this product. It is an absolute waste of money.1. It does not have an on/off button, even though it shows one on top of it.2. when charged, it does not last for more than three days, then you need to charge it again.3. It’s hands free feature does not work. You literally need to touch it before it discharges the foam.Please look for another product and read reviews before you buy.

Pitiful excretions
The media could not be loaded. Hardly dispenses any soap.Sensor is highly intermittent, sometimes you have to poke the sensor, sometimes just being in the room is enough.Looks nice, that's about it.

Brilliant!
The media could not be loaded. I really love it! It arrives 10 days earlier than they said. It works well, the manual said we should used a combination handwash/water 1:6, I read in the description it should be 1:8 and another person tried 1:4, so I wanted to try 1:5, and it is perfect.

Great for children ,looks good,does the job.
Great to encourage children to wash their hands.Soap comes out great and it looks good in a beach themed bathroon.

Ok
Took us a while to get the liquid soap the right consistency to foam out of the nozzle. Then worked fine for a about a month before going rogue and randomly spewing out soap at odd times for no apparent reason. Made us laugh a lot but not ideal. Had to retire it.
