**Q: Can the pinch grip be installed with the hexagon pattern facing inwards or is it designed to face outwards?**
A: One of the pictures actually shows them facing inwards and all the other pics show them facing outwards. Yes. they can be installed either way. However, the non-hexogon side it pretty slippery so I am not sure how well it would work when set up that way.

**Q: What proof is there to show that this seller is selling real ones?**

**Q: After putting attachments on do you have to take off to do your. Regular will it close just as close**
A: The attachments can be left on permanently and will not affect your regular work out in any way.

A: No, i have it for a quite long time and you don't need to lubrificate it at all
