Does not work; at least with IPAD AIR
Connecting the drive to the IPAD AIR and installing the APP takes a couple of minutes; but that is pretty much the only thing that works.The APP can find photos on the IPAD but not home movies I copy via ITUNES; so back them up or deleting them is not possible. But that is not the worst part; trying to play a movie from the ISTICK is too slow so I decided to free some space in the IPAD and copy it; but after 10% or about 90 megabytes the APP stop. I tried several times and always at the same moment; about 10% of the copy process.I tried to play music from the ISTICK; but something similar; the APP reset after a while without any warning or anything.The only thing I was able to do was backup photos from my IPAD. It detected them and copy fast to the drive; however I really do not need this thing for that.I did not try other LIGHTNING USD DRIVES but this one definitely is not good.

Love It
Love this- super easy need to check with computer to make sure pics are there- but so far so good!!!!

Would not perform for me
I bought this for an Iphone 5C and followed the instructions. I transferred photos from my phone to the flash drive, the photos were all distorted with vertical lines through them and were useless. Thank goodness I only copied my photos instead of moving them as I still have the originals. I deleted all the photos and tried transferring only three photos from another phone with the same results. I returned this item as it will not perform the needs that I have. I can not recommend this item.

Does not work and not real tech support
Not good user instruction. "Clunky" app. When pictures were able to be downloaded to this device, they had digital lines running thru them when viewed on a PC. Complete waste of time trying to get this product to work. Their tech support couldn't figure out what was wrong, even after sending them screen shots of error messages and pictures with lines. Were investigating if it was a manufacturing issue as of last week. Returning it on Monday.
