This cream is perfect for RF high frequency at home treatments. It is a thin lotion that doesn't dry out quickly. It also works great after a shower - towel off and use small amounts ( it spreads very easily). I have also tried this under makeup - it works for a dewy finish but if you want a matte finish use a matte finish setting spray. It has no scent and the jar is huge. I highly recommend.
