I really like this product. I bake bread every Saturday morning. My Sourdough recipe calls for a day of working the dough, then resting in the fridge for 12-18 hours. The Banneton is a must for resting your dough. Superb.

So far I love it. It contains the dough beautifully and leaves a really great design or leave the bag on while proofing and make your own design. Easy to clean. I reccomend that you watch the videos for care of the basket.

I am disappointed in the quality of the liner, basket is fine but the liner is cheaply made - fabric is thin and hardly holds the rice flour that prevents sticking. It works but not well.

Great bowl for proofing

Quality control suffered on my basket. The coils of rattan at the bottom of this banneton were not tight. The space between the coils was certainly large enough to have flour sift through them and air reach the dough. Poor construction of the basket necessitated using the fabric liner.

Very cheaply made. Nit worth the price at all. Made in China so why was it so expensive for whst you hot?
