Best yogurt culture ever!
I have used this yogurt culture for over a year. I compared it to a freeze dry product that I got at Whole Foods, and much prefer this- taste, consistency. I am very bummed that it’s not available now. Crossing my fingers that it’s because of difficulty with transportation between the US and New Zealand because of Covid and will be available soon. I’m going to directly contact Country Trading and see if they can tell me.I also love their yogurt maker- works perfect- no plastic and no electricity!

Good while it lasted (about 5 uses or so)
Everything was great the first few times I used it, but it lasted less than a month. Now it makes slightly thickened milk.

It was very disappointing!
Directions were inadequate, Expiration date close to delivery date ( within days! )
