Product stopped working after 1 year. Light comes on but no power

Arrives half charged, which doesn't last very long, and I haven't been able to get it to fully charge. The charger cord needs to be maneuvered and elevated in different ways to get it to charge at all. Once I finally find the correct combination I'll leave it in place, come back an hour or 2 later and notice that it's stopped charging. I'm sure if you can charge it it's a nice toy, but the fact you have to try so hard to even get it to charge is annoying and time consuming.

The vibration patterns are nice, the intensity does not seem to show signs of change when that button is pushed. Perfect for a shower and in bed. Battery lasts quite some time. Charging it was odd, the plug end of the USB cable goes through a small opening at the bottom end of the device.I received the product for free or at a discount, in exchange for a honest and unbiased review.
